Purity Is Everything

This morning’s message, Purity Is Everything, reminded us that purity is about far more than following rules. It’s about protecting our relationship with God and the people around us.

One of the biggest lies we can believe is that our sin only affects us. Scripture teaches the opposite. Our choices ripple into our families, friendships, church, and community. That’s why purity matters.

We were challenged to stop misunderstanding God’s love and abusing His grace. Grace doesn’t simply cover our mistakes. It empowers us to live differently. God’s love and holiness are not competing attributes. They work together to call us into deeper fellowship with Him.

Purity gives us access to God’s presence, reflects His holiness, honors the Holy Spirit within us, and protects us from idolatry. It is not a burden. It is a guardrail that safeguards our lives and prepares us for God’s purposes.

The question isn’t simply, “When is Jesus coming back?”

The question is, “Am I ready if He came back today?”
